Industry energy efficiency investment analysis

This report was commissioned by the WA Sustainable Energy Development Office on behalf of the COAG Industry Mandatory Energy Efficiency (IMEE) Working Group. Using industry data drawn from Victorian energy efficiency audit and implementation programs, it provides a detailed cost benefit analysis of design options for a mandatory investment program (based on energy payback requirements) operated at a multi-jurisdictional level. The analysis highlights the potential benefits that can be generated by effective program design in this area."
